1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

k6777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. k6777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers.

6.3 Verification Requirements

6.4 Prohibited Payment Methods

k6777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

k6777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k6777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

k6777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
